Rebekka Bagatsing is the Director of People at Public Rights Project, where she leads the organization’s human resources function and strengthens the systems, policies, and culture that support a high-performing, values-driven team. She partners with senior leadership on people strategy, performance management, talent development, and employee engagement, ensuring PRP’s people practices foster equity, learning, and long-term impact.

Previously, Rebekka served as People Team Lead at Mind Share Partners, a workplace mental health consulting organization, where she led people operations and supported organizations in building healthier, more inclusive workplaces. Prior to that, she worked in nonprofit organizations addressing educational inequity.

Rebekka holds a master’s degree in Education Policy and Management from the Harvard Graduate School of Education and a B.A. in Liberal Studies with a concentration in Psychology from Loyola Marymount University.
