Grace Lee

Grace Lee is a Staff Attorney with Public Rights Project’s Litigation Team. Previously, Grace was a trial attorney at the Civil Rights Division of the U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ). Her work in the Special Litigation Section included investigations into patterns or practices of discrimination against people with disabilities. Prior to joining DOJ, Grace was a litigation associate at Davis Polk & Wardwell.

Grace received her juris doctorate from Harvard Law School, where she represented tenants facing eviction as a student attorney with the Harvard Legal Aid Bureau. She graduated with honors from Yale University and is currently based in Washington, D.C.
