Eliana Greenberg

Eliana Greenberg is a 2025-2026 Legal Fellow at Public Rights Project. She brings her passion for social justice and her interdisciplinary training in law, science, and bioethics to PRP. Eliana received her J.D. from Berkeley Law, where she earned a Public Interest & Social Justice Certificate. During law school, she interned in the California Office of the Attorney General with the Civil Rights Enforcement Section and spent her summers at Family Violence Appellate Project in Oakland and at Altshuler Berzon LLP in San Francisco.

Eliana also holds a B.A. in Human Biology from Stanford University and an MBE (Master of Bioethics) from Harvard Medical School.
