Denise is a systems designer and Human Resources/Operations professional with over 12 years of experience in the nonprofit sector. At PRP, Denise leads the operations, data analysis, production of our training & fellowships programs, design & development of our online portal, and the systems across our programming teams and specific to the impact work of the Civil Rights Hub. Her past roles have focused on system design and implementation; learning and development expertise, driven by adult online learning and staff development outcomes; and nonprofit operations, focused on processes tied to key operational and people outcomes.In a nutshell, Denise loves making systems and operations (especially around learning and growing) accessible, interactive, and efficient. She brings a wealth of knowledge from working in education nonprofits, including Teach For America, and from consulting for Fortune 500 companies. She has a Master’s degree in Conflict Analysis and Resolution and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Florida. She is thrilled to bring her expertise and commitment to equity and justice to the noble work at the Public Rights Project.
