As the Salesforce Support and Training Specialist at Public Rights Project, Daniela helps PRP staff feel confident, supported, and empowered to use Salesforce in their day-to-day work. She is a certified Salesforce Administrator who loves this work because it puts her close to the people using the system every day and lets her act as a bridge between end users and the improvements Salesforce needs. She brings nine years of nonprofit experience to this role, including her time as a Salesforce Administrator at United Way of Greater Houston, where she helped the organization use Salesforce to advance its work in financial stability, early childhood and youth development, and health care access for local families.

Based in Houston, Texas, Daniela loves capturing everyday moments, from birthdays and holidays to an ordinary Tuesday worth remembering, and turning them into home videos for her family to treasure. She is also known for organizing watch nights for her friends and family’s favorite shows, complete with themed snacks and a group chat full of hot takes.
