Christopher Peña

Christopher Peña is an attorney with PRP’s Civil Rights Hub.

Prior to joining PRP, Christopher led housing-focused civil rights litigation within the Office of the Attorney General for the District of Columbia. He also worked as part of the team that challenged the legality of the National Guard deployment in the District.

Before OAG, Christopher represented justice-impacted mothers and caretakers as an attorney at Still She Rises in Tulsa, Oklahoma, where he defended indigent clients from evictions and other civil reverberations of the criminal legal system. Chris received his Juris Doctorate from the George Washington University Law School and earned his BA from the University of Virginia.

Christopher is based in Washington, D.C.
