Caitlin Quinn is a 2026–27 legal fellow at PRP. She graduated in spring 2026 with her J.D. from Georgetown University Law Center, which she attended as a part-time student while working full-time for the Department of Housing and Urban Development.

During law school, Caitlin participated in an appellate litigation clinic and worked at a plaintiff-side civil rights law firm. She also completed a six-month detail to the Department of Labor Solicitor’s Office, where she helped enforce occupational safety and health protections for workers. Before law school, Caitlin worked at the Department of Justice Civil Rights Division, where she helped investigate police departments for systemic civil rights violations and enforce court-ordered reforms.

Caitlin holds an A.B. and a Master’s in Public Affairs degree from the Princeton University School of Public and International Affairs. She lives in Washington, D.C.
