Alex Goldstein is a Staff Attorney with PRP’s Election Protection Hub. He provides legal and technical assistance to local elections officials to support the administration of free, fair, and safe elections.

Prior to joining Public Rights Project, Alex served as Associate Counsel at Citizens for Responsibility and Ethics in Washington (CREW), where he engaged in litigation to promote government accountability and transparency and combat threats to democracy.

Alex received his J.D. cum laude from Georgetown University Law Center, where he was a Senior Articles Editor of the Georgetown Journal of Legal Ethics, a legal extern in the U.S. Department of Justice, Voting Section, and a student advocate with the Institute for Constitutional Advocacy and Protection. He holds a B.A. in Government with a minor in History from Cornell University.

Alex is based in Brooklyn, New York.
