Kyra Sikora
Kyra Sikora is a Staff Attorney with PRP’s Election Protection Hub. She provides direct litigation support, technical assistance, and rapid-response advice to local elections officials to ensure the administration of free, fair, and safe elections.
Prior to joining PRP, Kyra was a Business Litigation Associate at Farella Braun + Martel, where she developed an extensive pro bono practice focused on protecting civil rights. She previously clerked for Judge Susan P. Graber on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit.
Kyra earned her J.D. from Stanford Law School, where she served as a Senior Editor of the Stanford Law and Policy Review. During law school, Kyra led a team of researchers with the Stanford/MIT Healthy Elections Project to conduct a nationwide review of signature verification processes for mail-in voting ahead of the 2020 election.
Prior to law school, Kyra worked for five years as an in-house management consultant with the City of San Francisco’s City Performance Unit. In that role, she worked closely with City leaders to improve government efficiency and drive innovation in government service delivery. She holds a B.A. in Political Science, with a minor in Public Policy, from the University of California, Berkeley.
