Do you know a lawyer who would make an excellent public servant? Public Rights Project gives state and local public entities the resources they need to protect our rights by matching them with talented attorneys who serve as legal fellows for two years in their offices. You can help us find our first cohort of fellows! We’re looking for attorneys who are passionate about public service and interested in developing new strategies to enforce civil rights, consumer protection, and environmental laws. The fellowship is ideally suited to attorneys approximately 3-5 years out of law school with strong litigation skills.

We place great value on high-quality candidate referrals we receive from community members and friends of PRP, like yourself. If you know someone who you believe will thrive in the Fellowship and become a leader in state and local government, please nominate them below, and we will reach out to them personally.

Please note that while nominations help PRP identify talented applicants, preference will not be given to applicants who receive nominations.

Our 2018 application cycle is closed. Please Check back for updates!
